Linux Mint hacked: Malware-infected ISOs linked from official site

If you downloaded and installed Linux Mint from the distribution’s website over the weekend, your machine has been compromised.
“Hackers made a modified Linux Mint ISO, with a backdoor in it, and managed to hack our website to point to it,” said Clem Lefebvre, creator of the Linux Mint distribution, in a blog post dated February 21.
