As cybersecurity breaches multiply in frequency and cost, several organizations are undertaking measures to combat cybercrime. In the first attempt of its kind, UK-based Barclays PLC (BCS – Analyst Report) will work directly with the Interpol to fight cybercrime more efficiently.
A cyber-crime analyst from the company will work full-time alongside the police and other experts in Interpol’s Cyber Fusion Centre to facilitate effective information-sharing and response to imminent threats.
